i'm getting stupid abverts on my phone,how can I stop this?

HI there

 

What phone are you using? What sort of adverts? Are they part of webpages or do they pop up every now and again?  If it is the latter - you've downloaded and installed something on your phone that is causing them to be displayed.  Take a look at your apps list - do you see anything there that you don't recognise?

As drey_p says this will be due to an app you have downloaded, I have had this before, it normally starts straight after you download the app so if you can remember when you started getting them you should be able to identify which app is causing it an remove it.
