I have an hTc Desire eye phone, when using internet on sim card data , I must turn on the vpn app to open google chrome or other app that work with data  . I want to know that how can I use these programs without any vpn ?

I've not used that model of phone but if your not wanting to use a VPN _ virtual private network then see if there is a way to uninstall the app itself or disable it @alirrezaravan22 

Then as long as a person has mobile data activated in the settings of their phone and the Vodafone-apn-settings are correct you should be good to go.
