mobile storage issue

Hi, I need help as my cell phone is out of storage for always. I only play games whenever, I turn on mobile, it refuses me to move on and show me notifications for always been out of storage which restricts me to play games. and my gallery is empty and I have installed only 2 apps, please guide me what should I do now?

You could try Clearing the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section @Marvisafeer 

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port or a usb-c to usb-c phone to phone set up to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } 

The above is for Samsung phone's. 

If your not using a Samsung then Google search for the process for your phone. 

Also look in anything similar to a MyFiles App on the phone to show what js using what in relation to storage.
