vodafone protect has locked my s4 mini and cant remember pin help please

You could try inserting your sim card in another phone and request the pin that way. 

Or Hard Reset the phone which takes the phone back to the last firmware update but the process has the possibility to delete your saved info like photos and contacts etc.

Vodafone Protect closed on 31st March 2017 and changed to Secure Net.  To access the service, you would have needed to request a replacement password before the change.

If you are unable to get your PIN, please use live chat or contact Vodafone for help to reset your PIN.
