Look under Call in the main settings menu of the phone. There may be an option to insert it automatically.

Hi I'm using the Samsung Galaxy s7 edge and cannot seem yet to find any settings to allow the auto inclusion on +44 There used to be settings as per the ones in this link but they don't seem to be on my phone.
