My 4G is not working on my iphone it is on 3g. i have selected 4G but it just doesnt work and is always 3G.

If a sim isn't activated then you get no signal of any kind at all. Do you have a signal? Are you able to make and receive phone calls and send text messasges?

It could be that 4G isn't turned on in your account.
If your getting 3g and connecting to the Vodafone Internet away from wifi then your sim is activated.
Please update your thread once you've spoken with Customer services.

Either your phone is restricting you to 4G only or you aren't in a 4G area.

Have you checked your postcode in the network Checker link ? May I ask what your full postcode is ?
