Hello, I been trying to buy 2 extra Gb , I called twice and used my debit card, and the woman said that in one hour time I should get a message but still I didn't get it, so still I don't have that two extra Gb. Can you please ubdate them on my phone, because it was charger from my bank account. Thank you.

There can sometimes be a delay after topping up a phone or mobile broadband device.
If you have purchased extra data for your mobile broadband device, you can check the balance from your online account. There is further information for you below.
When you add the extra data, it should start as soon as any remaining allowance has been used. If the extra data is delayed, please use live chat for account access, they will be able to confirm it has been added.

Hi.
There can be a slight delay sometimes in the allowance updating.
Can you check in your online my Vodafone to and myvodafone app.
If it's not showing then customer services on 191 or use Live Chat as they can access your account.
