Hi. I have just replaced my old BT Home Hub with version 4, but cannot get my Sure Signal Version 1 box to connect with the new hub, although it worked perfectly with the old hub. I had read through the forum posts on this subject and tried the various methods of hard reset and change of postcode, but to no avail. The box has just the first 2 lights on solid.
I cannot speak to Vodaphone on the phone because I have no mobile network coverage at my house (hence the imperative need for sure signal!).
Any thoughts anyone? Help please............i

Hi gcabuckley,
All the details you've posted here seem OK.
I've checked on the systems here and the Sure Signal shows a couple of location changes. These are most likely down to the change to the new Home Hub. I've given it a resync, so give the box a reset for me:
If this doesn't help, try going online, changing the Sure Signal's registered postcode for about 30 minutes, then changing it back and resetting again. That should refresh the registration in case anything is trapped.
