BT Home Hub 4 and VSS Not Connecting

I have a BT HH4 ande my new VSS will not connect to it.

When I first plugged it in the Power Light flashed red and the Internet Light flashed white for about three hours.

Now all I have is a flashing Power Light and a solid orange In Use Light and it's been that way for about 30 hours.

I have tried a reset of the VSS, a reboot of the BTHH4 and a complete system reboot but it refuses to even show up on my BTHH Dashboard on-line.

Initially it was there but now it's disappeared and won't come back whatever I do.

Help please!!

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
