Broadband Live Chat

I've been trying to get onto the Broadband and Home Phone Live Chat for 3 days now. It permanently says "We're sorry, all our advisers are busy". The other 3 Live Chats are available, but not the broadband and home phone one. I've tried numerous times throughout the day. I've tried different browsers. I can never get through.

 

Anyone else having the same problem? Are Vodafone going to do something about this? They're always pushing us to use Live Chat (ask any question on twitter and the only answer you'll get is "please speak to our Live Chat") and yet the service is unusable.

I just tried another Live Chat (the pay monthly one) and asked to be transferred to someone about home broadband technical problems. The first advisor passed me to someone who could only help with broadband sales. She then passed me to someone who also claimed he was the wrong team. He then finally admitted that the broadband technical team are currently not available via Live Chat and the only way is to call.

Don't want to speak to the ##~## on the phone. Shouldn't have to.

 

Can anyone here confirm if they've got through on the broadband/home phone live chat in the last 3 days? I'm wondering if they've suspended it due to the sheer volume of complaints?

Natasha, if you've got time to censor my very mild language, perhaps you also have time to answer my question? What is happening with the Live Chat?

To be fair, the forums self-censor.

As for live chat - it is very rare that I see the broadband one available. Have you tried the regular live chat and then asked to be transferred to the broadband team?
