Cancelling Pay Monthly Dongles.

Hi there,

I am currently in posession of two Vodafone dongles, each with a 2GB internet allowance. Both are on a 30-day rolling plan, which I want to cancel soon. I am aware that I need to provide 30 days written notice in order to do this; are you able to provide more information as to what details I need to enclose in the note exactly, and to whom I should address my correspondence to?

Hi there

If you wish to terminate your contract, you can give your 30 days notice in writing either by email (using the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page) or by letter. If you send a letter, I would recommend that you send it via Recorded Delivery.  Whichever method you choose, please ensure you include the following information:

the account name, and account number
the invoice address
the mobile number to be terminated
the date of termination
the name of the account owner or administrator
tell us if you need a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code).
