Hi there!
I bought a Vodafone Sure Signal 2 about 18 months ago and have been using it fine at my house ever since with a full 3G signal. For the past few days I have been unable to get a 3G signal on my blackberry bold so have not been able to receive emails or send texts etc from my house. I have tried rebooting the Sure Signal 2 and turning it on and off at the wall etc but i still only have two lights on the box (the Power light and the System light ) - the Phone light is permanently off. Can you help me? thanks Kate

thanks Ben - yes ive looked at these Trouble Shooting notes but as your webiste has been down for the past few days I can't double check that my phone is still registered with the Sure Signal. It was correctly registered and the system had been working fine so I can't see why it would somehow now not be registered. Any other suggestions? do you think that my Sure signal box could have broken? tks Kate
