Changed ISP and SSv2 stopped working - help please.

Switched from BT to ZEN broadband last week and immediatly I plugged the new router in, the VFSSv@ stopped working.

 

I've reset many times with the 30 second hold.

 

I've clicked the "Make this SSv2 use a static IP" on the router settings.

 

I bought a new power pack from amazon.

 

I've had a couple of (long) eChats with Vodafone who told me they'd sorted it.

 

I called the new ISP (Zen) who had nothing to offer to help other than "Call Vodafone."

 

I tried a new data lead and did another 30 second reset last night and still nothing.

 

Have had the unit working perfectly for 4 years.

 

 

 

Any ideas??   I have no phone signal at home, which I work from 3 days a week.

Is there no one who can help me??

 

I've had no joy on the phone to VF or on the eChat and was hoping that I'd get some help on here.

 

2 weeks now with no home signal is driving my nuts!  😞

I don't know if you or someone did something to fix my SS, but after 3 weeks of no signal, I came home from work this afternoon, and it's up and running!!

 

I've not changed anything..........

 

If someone did something - Thank you!!
