This is a freindly hello and welcome to everyone who has joined or moved from other networks or vodafones pay as you go.
If you have been prommed credit on your account like i have (dont have to pay till may) id just check on your my vodafone as they just tried to bill me on the 5th of next month and i am rippping mad right now as i have (in goood fath) credit applied to my account can someone tell me why was it red on My Vodafone and with an early bill date no one in custumer care seems to know why but i did get it updated

If a person is in Credit on their Vodafone Account then any bill payments should come from that.
Sometimes if help has been lacking from one agent it can be beneficial to call back and speak to another and or use Live Chat.

I notice you have just moved from PAYG to pay monthly.
If this is your first bill, the first bill will always be due within the first two week of starting. Please also remember the first bill is always more than expected. This is due to pro ratered billing, where you are charged part of a month, plus one full months line rental in advance to bring you in line with your billing date.
There is further information for you below.
As far as any promised credit is concerned, when your bill has already been produced, it will be too late for this month, and you will see any credit on the following bill.
