I logged a complaint on the 1 Feb and tried to get some info on the forum I have received one call which came at a really bad time.as I have than one issue and don't think it's appropriate to start a ranting list on here but I really need help with quite a few things

I've been in my local store and they are restricted to how much they can help and they do were they can but they can not resolve my problems I have spent literally again this week on 191 every time they say they are sorted there's no change can some one please help?

Just to add the call I received was from a link on here and have had no response from my logged complaint apart from the text saying my complaint was logged!

I've tested the form on our end and everything seems to be working as it should.

You need to ensure all you enter into the subject box is WRT165. Please try clearing your cache and cookies, or accessing the page through a different browser.

Alternatively, please submit the form using a different email address.

Alternate option is what you need to use. This is umpteenth post mentioning the form does not work with certain Email Addresses. I have reported this several months ago, but nothing has been done. Not sure if it is certain Email extension or actual Email address is Blocked.

The best option is, if you have an email with a Vodafone reference, then just reply it. In the Subject line put "WRT165 [#1234567]" and email will end up up with Forum Team.

Hi @SKYMAN513

I read @Getafix post in the way that he has raised what he see's as the issue why sometimes the emails sent by various posters do not make their way to the forum Team. He is a long standing respected member of the Community with vast solid knowledge and if I may say comes straight to the point when creating his replies. I kinda waffle ! Lol. :Winking_smiley:

Your posts content are fine so please don't worry about that. I enjoy reading your posts and helping where I or the other members can.

Writing in capitals is perceived as shouting on a forum when looking at forum netiquette but in your circumstances and the length of time this has being going on I'm not surprised your unimpressed and frustrated with the situation. Your posts have always as far as I'm aware been within the Community Guidelines and respectful.

If you ever feel that you may have posted in the correct part of the forum then either edit your post to say so and it'll be moved if necessary or hit the little down 'v' and touch Report inappropriate Content and one of the Team will move it or merge it with one of any similar posts created by you if deemed necessary.  :Smiling:

SKYMAN513,

Seems like you misunderstood my post.

Umpteenth time was not directed at you. I was trying to make a point regarding that Form not working for others also.

As mentioned by BandOfBrothers, I am very straight forward and call it as is.

Yes sorry I mistaken you for a Vodafone employee,

Because of my capital letters and a bit of a ranting message. and I apologise

I got myself all worked up.

I wasn't reading the post properly because at the same time my phone was issuing warnings thanks for adding to the thread .it showed I wasn't the only one

much appreciated

I received a call today and hopefully all my issues have been resolved
