Customer Service - Non Existent - Which network is better?

Having ordered the new S6 Edge (64gb, £53 price plan) I have received the same but with:

 

1. No free wireless charger/case and a dispute as to: whether it applied to the first 500 -despite continuous advertising; whether I should collect it in store; if it only applies to the S6.

 

2. Being cut off from cs no less than 7 times!

 

3. Rather than an upgrade this has been processed as a new order.

 

4. Like many of you on here I had a duplicated order swapped for an Iphone before I corrected it... fraud from within?

 

Love the handset but this is going back. FTSE 100 but SHARKS.
