De Register Old Vodafone Sure Signal V1

Hi I had a Vodafone Sure Signal which I no longer use and have given away. I went into my account and deleted it from my account but it doesn't appear to have been removed. Can someone please check the serial number has been de-registered to me please so someone else can use it? It is Serial No. 40113321620.

I now have another Sure Signal V3 which I want left on my account so please do not do anything with that one!

Hi Laura,

I'm afraid I've been through the Help Team pages and cannot find anything related to sure signals?

I've also called 191 and despite your exhaustive list of menu options nothing allows me to talk about a sure signal problem?

Unless I want to talk about my phone - which I don't - there are no options!??!

Can you advise what number or what options is should choose please??

Thanks for getting back to us. 

Please follow our Live help link, select the option 'Looking for something else' and then 'Can't find what you're looking for'. 

Leave the page open and a chat window will become available. The advisor will then be able to deregister it for you.
