I need to de-register my SureSignal box (number available) and discussed this with your technical support last week. They advised it did not need de-registering as my account had closed and therefore it had de-registered automatically. My friend now wants to use the box, and has been advised that it needs to be de-registered.
Can anyone help?

Ahh- problem now resolved. The instant chat feature was very good - much better than trying to speak to a technical assistant last week or told me there wasn't a problem!
