Link to choose your entertainment package (https://offers.vodoaphone.com/gb) doesn't work . Get a message saying "Oops there has been an error. Something unexpected has happened. Please try later. Been like this for nearly 2 weeks now. How do I access the services I'm paying for?

I've just checked and the link is definitely working.

 

Try using a computer to access the link.  When prompted, enter your mobile phone number without the leading zero, so like this: 7123456789

It'll then take you to the page where you will see the choice of entertainment packs.

Text ENTERTAINMENT to 97613 and they text you a link again. Click it and follow the instructions.

That is because you have spelt the name of your provider incorrectly.  It is Vodafone not Vodaphone.

 

The correct link is below:
https://offers.vodafone.com/gb

 

Alternatively, text Entertainment to 97613 - this will send you a text with the correct link.

The link was correct - it was just my typing in the message that was wrong. I've just received the message again from 97613 but I'm stil getting the "Oops, there has been an error" page. It is a vodaphone page with the heading "vfglogin.vodaphone.com"  This is with my wi-fi turned off so using 4g.

copy this into the browser and should work. I just tried it.

and if you do it on your mobile then make sure data is on Network then you will not require to verify your mobile.

On the Computer or via WiFi will need verifiaction

this has been going on all week. I want to link into my spotify account and despite following links via either my phone (on data only) or on my computer I get a message saying server error, vodafone will need to log me in again. Any thoughts?
