Flexi-upgrade question

I was looking at the possibility of making an upgrade but according to my account I'm not elegible to do so until November 30th 2019. Yet the plan I took out in May this year included the Flex-upgrade option, which means I should have been elegible after six months.

Is there any reason for this? Has the flexi-upgrade scheme been scrapped?

Hi @Andrew_Parker try live chat or call 191 and they should be able to check your account and clear up any confusion.

Does your plan come under one of these ?

What’s the difference between Flexible upgrades and Flexi-upgrades?

A Flexi-upgrade is open to all Pay monthly customers with Red Essential, Red Extra and Red Entertainment plans. It means you’re eligible to upgrade after 6 months with an early upgrade fee.

A Flexible upgrade lets customers with a 12-month SIM only bundle upgrade to any Vodafone Pay monthly phone plan after 3 months. If you decide to upgrade, we’ll cancel your 12-month SIM only contract with no cancellation or upgrade fees."
