Help desperately needed bought iPhone 128gb been sent 64gb

Hi, I ordered the iPhone 6 plus day before release after countless muck ups with order it arrived, within a week red bar appeared on screen so contacted Vodafone who sent me a replacement.

The other day I looked at storage and realised they had sent me a 64gb, I have phoned Vodafone but can't get anywhere.

Can someone please help me as I paid the extra upfront for the 128gb and monthly line rental, also where it took so long to arrive I missed out on most of the free 3 months of Netflix/Spotify bit.
