Help split porting for 6 months !!!!

My number has been ported from EE to vodafone in october 2016. Since then I can't recieve calls or texts from Landlines or Non vodafone numbers.  As my main contacts are vodafone did not notice till this late. I have contacted 191 three times over last 2 weeks  assured been forwarded to porting team. No solution so far.

This issue is still not resolved despite more private emails and calls to customer servies with further promises of immeadiate escallation to porting tehnical team .......etc

My next stage is to take this all to the ombudsman. I think waiting 7 months is enough

This number is now fully registered under my main account with three other numbers. No progress or contact or update this is unacceptable customer care. I at least expect call back from 191 who i have rung 3 or more times !!!
