Invalid number

Just bought the smart mini 7 for myself.

I added a SD card to put apps on to save the internal memory.

I can still make calls & texts etc but anyone calling me gets an 'invalid number'.

I am a complete novice so have probably done something wrong.

Any help would be great, but go easy on me....

Can I ask,

Are you new to Vodafone as a Customer ?

Payg or Contract ?

Have you recently ported your number from another Network to Vodafone ?

Are you not able to receive calls from anyone from any network or landline ?

Does this happen everywhere ?

As a process of elimination to rule out the phone or sim card that may be at issue can you try your SIM card in another phone and another sim card in your phone ?

Have you spoken to Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat to ask them to check your account.

I sorted it myself

I simply got another sim from a network supplier who has contactable customer services and 'hey presto' phone works perfect.

That sound like a SIM fault.   Moving apps to the SD card shouldn't affect it, unless there was a temporary memnory issue, which a simple restart should solve.   Vodafone offer customer support via shops, 121 or Live Chat as well as this forum.
