Hi - first post and I have a problem that has just started.

Been using the USB stick for over a year and it has just started to present these symptoms, even after an uninstall and re-install of the VMC software. (using Win7 on a Dell 6410).

Appears to connect - flashing LED shows steady for a few seconds and then I get a meeasge about Mobile Connect stopping working and the following diagnostics...

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Hi PurpleSi,

Can you check the information listed under "Error Messages and Software issues" in the K3765 Help Centre to see if either of these match your issue. I'd follow the instructions for installing any firmware update anyway as this may address issues other than those listed.

If needed, can you also check our Mobile Broadband troubleshooter to see if there's a match there.

In the event that neither cover this, can you confirm the Error code for us?

Let us know how you get on.

Dave

Did you find the solution to this one? I have encountered the same issue. No error codes are given.

Thanks

Ellie

Hi sinister_frog,

We never heard back from PurpleSi as to whether he found the cause of his issue or not.

Can you check this thread to ensure you have the latest software in place for me?

If you have, can you confirm if anything changed around the time you started to experience this?

Also, can you confirm the OS of your computer for me and any diagnostic information you see such as that PurpleSi posted for us?

Dave
