Hi, I posted this over on the mobile data forum but I though I would try this Apple forum as well.
I have a K3765-Z mobile broadband dongle. I bought a 15 GB sim but when I plugged it in I got a message that the sim was not answering. To try to trouble shoot I uninstalled the VMC software from my computer (Mac OS10.6).
Now when I plug in the usb dongle it flashes red but it does not offer to install the software as it should. I have completely cleaned out all the old software and cleared the user and system caches but nothing happens when I plug in the dongle. The computer makes no response.
Any help gratefully received.
