Hello,
I have 2 pay monthly phones from Vodafone and a Sure Signal box. I wanted to upgrade my (very old) iPhone but was unable to look at upgrades online. I went into the Canary Wharf store 28/7/17 and they told me there was a technical problem on my account relating to the systems upgrade in early 2016 (an IT hierarchy problem). They contacted IT support for me to sort it out but it would take 3 days to fix and then I could upgrade.
I received a text message from support on 03/08/17 to say it was fixed but when I logged in, one of the phone numbers had disappeared and I could no longer view my Sure Signal settings. The staff at Canary Wharf raised another support call and I was told on 08/08/17 that it had been resolved. This time both numbers had disappeared and I could no longer see Sure Signal on my account at all.
So, I have no devices and no services showing on my account. For some of the options, it says only the account owner can see this section. I am the account owner - it's only ever been me using these services. How do I find out who the account owner is (given that it is me?)
I am very concerned now because this week I received a text saying my bill hadn't been paid and was overdue. I have paid the bill directly by phone. I did not instruct the bank to make any changes - I have paid by direct debit for over a decade. This must be related to the ownership problem. I cannot look at billing online because of the above problems.
I am hoping someone on here can help and tell me how to find out the account owner. I would love to upgrade and confirm the Direct Debit.
Christine

Thanks - spoke to the very helpful Fiona who has told me there was an error when merging accounts. She says it will be resolved in the next 5 days or so.
