I randomly got the "Mesdage Not Sent: Touch to review the message and try again.", only thing is, haven't tried sending a text prior to receiving that notification. I've tried clicking on it, I've tried restartibg my phone, but nothing gets rid of it.

Hello @lillukey11

Can you elaborate a little for me, is this a text message?

If so, is it a picture message?

Do you receive this error when only trying to send a text to one user, or many different users?

What device are you using?

Louise

Hello @Louise_E

It's neither, it's a notification:

I received the notification randomly whilst browsing the internet, first time I've ever received it.

And I'm using Smart Prime 6.

Hi @lillukey11

You could try clearing the Caches in your phone.

One tip I've seen on the Internet is........

"dial *228 on the phone hit send and then go with option 2 and this will update your phone to the cell towers."

Other advice is that it clears itself up eventually.

Some advice also in http://forums.androidcentral.com/sprint-galaxy-s-ii-epic-4g-touch/310702-message-not-sent-notificati... from androidcentral.

A last resort could be to create a back up to preserve the data in your phones storage memory , remove any applicable Sd Card and then perform a Factory Reset from the Settings within the phone, which takes the phone back to the last firmware update.

Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512gb.

Hi @lillukey11

Thank you for elaborating for me.

The advice given by @BandOfBrothers is spot on, I would try clearing your cache, ensuring you have the latest software updates and then soft resetting your phone to flush out an glitches (please ensure you back up all important files before doing this)

Does this solve the problem?

Louise

I assume you've looked in the Message outbox?   I'm just slightly concerned that this happened while you were browsing the internet.   It probably isn't, but I'd just like to check that a malicious site hasn't tried to send a premium rate message.
