My dongle arrived a couple of days ago but despite the coverage map showing good signal for my area the reception is actually quite poor. How do I cancel the contract without incurring any further charges?

Checking your area on our Coverage Checker, I would agree with you that you aren't going get a very high level our coverage in your area, which will affect you using the USB.

Depending on where you got the dongle will depend on how you get this returned to us.
If you got it from one of our stores then you will need to take it back in there and explain the situation to them.

If it was done over the phone or online then we will be able to get this sorted for you.
Im going to pop you over an email to the address you registered with us, once you get this please fill it in and send it back to us and we will gladly get this sorted for you.
