I'm sorry to see that you've had problems trying to speak with an advisor.
The option that you'd need to pick would really depend on why you were calling.
Some option's would put you through to an advisor to help you with a bill (191 > option 1 >option 4), while another would put you through to someone to help with upgrades (191 > option 3 > option 1)
