I signed up for a Vodafone contract through mobile phone direct. It was a black Friday special where as I got 100gig data and an s8 phone for 38 pound a month. Last 2 months I've been charged £6, 1st time I thought I was paying 2 months upfront but have now looked into it and I'm set up at 68 a month.
I've checked with mobile phone direct who are saying that 38 pound is correct. Trying to get hold of anyone at Vodafone is a nightmare been trying all day. Anyomebelse in same boat?

It would have been the 3rd party independent company you decided to use that will have set up the contractual terms with Vodafone.
You're mobile phone directs customer with Vodafone supplying the connection.
Vodafone can be contacted via the options in Contact-us
Alternatively let the Vodafone Social Media Teams here catch up with your thread and they'll help if they can.
