I have been happily using the My Vodafone iOS app for months. Recently it's stopped working and I get an error screen on startup which says "Sorry, we're having a few technical difficulties at the moment. We're working hard to get things sorted." Screenshot attached.
Is this a known fault? What are the technica difficulties?

Are you still on iOS 8 and not using the new iOS 9 Beta as people are having issues on that firmware.
If if not try deleting the App and re download it.
