My Sure Signal serial number 40133658852 has blown up. I've opened it and I can see all the capacitors and burnt out reading this forum I see there is a big design problem with some of them. Lucky I didn't catch fire. Vodafone please can you send me a free replacement as your chief executive has promised everyone

Some Sure Signal v3 have had issues yes.
