Need help with account and PAC

I recently switched over to Vodafone and have my PAC number to swap over the number. The problem I'm having is everything seems to be online, in order to change it over online I need my Vodafone account number which I don't have as I've received NOTHING from them as of yet. Apparently it's impossible to actually speak to ANYONE at Vodafone on the 191 number. I've spent enough money calling 0845 numbers the last couple days getting the new iphone 6 + and just want to talk to SOMEONE who can sort this. I've submitted a request for contact but it can take up to 48 hours?!? This is ridiculous! Surely they HAVE to provide the option to speak to someone and not just an automated service that hangs up after referring you to the website?!?
Has anyone figured this out yet and is able to help?
