New 20gb £20 tarrif is it discounted?

Hi guys looking at the new SIM only deals and have seen a 20gb for £20 is this already discounted or not. Can I add the vea discount onto it.

Online chat say it's discounted from £32 so can't add vea local shop say it's not discounted and can add vea... which is correct

Yes I can see the other options of tariffs state they are discounted and the £20 does not state this. 

Personally I'd call 191 if your already using a Vodafone Sim card or call 08080 408 408 (free from all UK landlines and mobiles) if your a new customer. They will hopefully officially clarify for you.

I find the easiest way is to try and add your Advantage code to the promotional discount box and see if it works.

Looking at it today, it says "Big data deal now on".   The linked terms add: "**** This deal is not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount."
