Hello,
I have now had no internet connection for 2 of the 5 weeks that I've been paying for Vodafone broadband. After being on call with the support team and using the web chat application I have not been able to sort my issue. I was told that I would be contacted by a 2nd line worker within 48 hours, it is now way over this time.
I've tried everything online and everything that the obviously scripted web chat helpers tell me to do. I'm not looking for a way to cancel my contract as I'm paying for no service.
