Sure Signal V1, tried all different resets, spoken to support

Hi pedarson,

 

The Sure Signal connected again last night. Have you seen any change today?

 

If not, the firmware is up to date, so I'd like to try refreshing the registration.

 

 - Log into My Vodafone using the number set up as the Sure Signal owner

 - De-register the Sure signal.

 - Wait approximately 30 minutes.

 - Re-register the Sure Signal and allow it to settle. Don't add any other numbers

 - Test if it works on the owner number only. Add the others if successful.

 

If it still doesn't work, what lights are you now seeing?
