No Signal on iPhone 6 using Sure Signal v3

I have bought an iPhone 6, but cannot get a signal via my sure signal. I  have 2 Samsung S4's and an LG G2 all connected and working.

I have been reading through the forum and have sent you the details that you seem to ask for.

@Rothesboy In the 'Settings' and then 'Mobile' menu on your phone, please ensure 'Mobile Data' is switched on.

 

If it's still not picking up a signal, remove the number that’s not working from your Sure Signal account and then after 24 hours re add it.

 

Once you’ve done this, perform a factory reset:

 

  • Unplug the Ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in

 

Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

Thank you for the reply, but I have tried all the recommendations and still have no signal on my iPhone.

I’m sorry to hear it’s still not working.

 

I can see you posted back a few hours after I’d posted.

 

When you remove the number that’s not working from your account, you’ll need to wait 24 hours and then re add it.

 

After this time, you’ll then need to do a factory reset as above.

Have waited 24 hours to add my number to sure signal and done a factory reset. However I still cannot get a signal on my iPhone 6. Any further ideas to get a signal on my new phone I would be very grateful.

@Rothesboy - If you restart the phone, does that help?

 

Also, try changing your network settings and turn off 4G, does that make any difference?

I've restarted my iPhone and turned off the 4G but it has made no difference, I still have no signal.
