Hi, I have just changed to a nano sim and i am no longer connected to my Sure Signal. I have read that it needs to be Re-synced. I had a live chat with Vodafone and asked for it to be done, was told that it had been done for me and my phone should connect! It hasnt. I see that some people have had it done via the forum. Is this possible for me please?

Its also suggested to De Register the umber for 24 Hours and then Re Register it.
