No mobile data - SL9 - Chalfont St Peter

1) There is no data in any location

 

2) The full postcode is on my profile. I know this is not a coverage issue however as there are other Vodafone handsets in the same location that can access mobile data.

 

3) Yes, the exact same issue occurs in a different phone.

 

4) My phone says Vodafone 4G or sometime Vodafone 3G on the home screen of my iphone. However, there is no data being passed.

 

5) There is no data of any sort.

    

6) About a month ago?

@aspear From the answers you've provided, this would look to be an issue with your account, rather than a network fault.
