No signal SG4 Kimpton

No signal in SG4 Kimpton for the last hour. Network status checker shows no known problem. My wife also has no signal. Could you please look into this? Have gone through the initial troubleshooting steps without success.

Does signal return ok when you commute out of your area ?

Can you both try re starting your phones after removing and wiping the sim cards chip.

Yes the signal on my wife's phone returned when she got out of the village. Tried removing SIM card but no success. I've discovered the 24/7 support on the app, someone is trying to help via that route, but I think there must be a problem in the village.
