Not receiving texts.

Hi,

I have a very strange problem with my htc 1. From one number, and only one number, I will not receive random text messages. As in a response in the middle of a SMS conversation will either come through randomly days later, or sometimes not all.

When is message does come through ( a delayed one) it displays the date and time when it was originally sent.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason to this and it only occurs with one of my contacts.

Any idea?

Hi benm61, 

That is strange. 

This needs to be checked at a network level but for the number sending the texts. If the sender is on Vodafone, please ask them to contact us. 

If they're on a different network, they'll need to speak to their service provider for further help.
