PAYG Dongle - Can I Return One Purchased From A Store?

I allready have 2 payg dongles but lately both have went downhill and are no better than dialup at times. So was thinking of getting the vodafone one. My question is, if i buy it in the shop and get it home and try it out for say 2 days and i suss out it's no better than what i have allready, will i get a refund or will they say in shop because i can get say a good/stronge/stable 2g connection i'm not entitled to a refund because 3g/3g+ isnt good??

Don't want to be left with another expensive waste.

Hi StevieGS500

Welcome to the Vodafone eForum you’re part of the family now :D

When you are in the Vodafone store they will check your area for what type of signal you will receive. If purchased you then have the first 28days to then test your satisfaction with the quality of signal.

However if you did return it stating you cant get a signal we would expect to see a low usage amount as you would be returning it back under the pretence that you cant get a signal :D

Thanks

Well if thats the case then i'd purchase one because in 2 days off testing and not getting a good 3G/3G+ connection
I reckon data usage would be no more than 100 megs tops. Can you tell from my postcode if i'm likely to get a 3G/3G+
Connection Ive looked myself with postcode checker just wanted and experienced person to double check :)
Steven

EDIT heres an example i topped up my t-mobile dongle 4 days ago and just looked at data usage and its 170 megs wihich is really
low due to it being really slow....

Hi StevieGS500

I have checked the postcode above and am pleased to say you should receive a good strong 3G signal at your home postcode :D

There are also 2 planned 3G sites coming soon in your area so you will be able to get an even better connection in the future.

Thanks

Cheers Matthew.
The only thing left now is too pop in shop and make sure if i t doesnt work out in a couple of days they will refund me my money back.
Do they do a full refund or will i have money taken off for the 2days usage or do i get to keep sim car and only get back the cost of the dongle??

Hi StevieGS500

If you return the product we will take the complete package back and you will only be charged for the days you have used and no more.

So for example if you return it after 2 days you will be charged for the 2days you had access to.

Keep us posted how you get on and if you require any further assistance you know where to come :D

Thanks
Matthew
