Phone keeps going directly to voicemail even when I've turned off that option

Hi, I am missing incoming calls as my phone's voicemail setting keeps defaulting to send all calls directly to voicemail without ringing.

I noticed this again last month and turned it off by using the voicemail settings menu after calling 121 to check.

Then I've just seen it's happened again. I rarely use my phone for calls or texts and haven't even received any voicemails since I amended it last month.

Does anyone else have this issue and why does it keep happening?

I know it's something that's happened to me intermittently for years as I've had to edit the settings in the past without actively having diverted my calls.

Does the voicemail box just default to directly diverting if it's underused or something?

Hi @godgirl

Try typing in ##002# followed by the call button.  This will cancel all your diverts including voicemail.
