The help says call 191 from a Vodafone phone if it doesn't work. Can we have a landline number added, since my Vodafone phone doesn't have coverage if it did either my Sure Signal is working or I wouldn't need it.

You can contact us on 03333 040 191 from another mobile or landline.
Please take a look at our Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. If this doesn’t resolve your query, please post your reply either below, or in the relevant thread, together with the details requested, including the following information.

Back to this issue.
This box still not working.
The only suggest was try it on someone else's Internet connection.
Is there a way to escalate this, I just need to be able to make calls.
Heck even Three's Intouch is looking appealing at this point.

Hi @SimonWaters
Your Sure Signal hasn’t made contacted with the network since 31 March.
Please test a different Ethernet cable and if you haven’t already done so, also test it at a different location.
If it’s still not working, let us know your most:
Speed test results from here.
Ping test results from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
Thanks,
Gemma

Sure Signal worked fine for ages.
Then the line dropped one evening, some sort of ISP issue. The line has been back for ages, but the Sure Signal box has refused to reconnect after over a week of resets and LONG LONG waits.
Is there a problem your end?
Could really do with this fixed ASAP, as I work with SMS some of the time, and not having reliable SMS is very frustrating.
