Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this under, but I really want to give some positive feedback about my local vodafone store. I've been in there a few times recently and the staff in there are just so lovely and helpful. Today one team member was on hold for 30 mins on my behalf to get my problem sorted and he wasn't fussed one bit, and was chatting to me whilst I was waiting and they're just really great in there. I tried going through the website but there's only a complaint's option so wondered if there was any other way to do this?

Vodafone don't have an option for this as it has never been needed before. And, lets face it, if it was on their was an option on their website their systems are so poor there's no way the message is going to go to the right people.

 

I suggest you write a quick letter to the branch manager (addressed to the branch) with your thanks there, that way you can at least be sure he or she will see it.

Ah great! Well it was Newton Abbot store in Devon and the team members in particular are Matt (manager) and Anthony. Really lovely guys and really helpful!
