Hi.
I recently got new phone and joined Vodafone so I don't know where the problem is.
Basically I can't send text msg to ie: 61054 or 40250 numbers.
I've tried on my husband phone who is with different provider and it worked.
I've got a Samsung galaxy S7.
Rang customer service but no avail.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @Anie

It maybe worth just checking in your myvodafone to ensure no relavant bars are in place.

Also Vodafone have a Premium Rate SMS Bar facility.

It maybe worth checking if any of this is applied on your Vodafone account.

Information in > Premium-rate-SMS-FAQ.

Also as another process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and try again to see if it's something via the settings in your Samsung Galaxy s7 phone that's blocking the SMS in someway.

Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512gb.

I agree with Lee, this is almost certainly the premium Rate SMS bar, which you can change through your online account.  Vodafone now offer a lot of bars and you can get quite sophisticated with them, so it's worth taking a little time to check them out.   As  far as I remember, you can block incoming premium rate SMS but allow outgoing ones, which protects you from scams but allows things like paying for parking (some parking payment systems are ridiculously complicated and require a non-chargeable text to to shortcode right at the end!)

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked with Vodafone.
They have lifted all bars.

Still can't sent sms to those numbers.
Have not tried putting my sim card on another phone yet.

It may take a little while for the change to take effect.

It's still worth having a look at your online account as you can bar services you don't need.
