It would be nice if somewhere along the ordering process for the mobile broadband dongle in question, that vodafone actually stated the dongle does not work with Snow Leopard.

I've just started a degree and have no internet in my student accommodation, and thought to myself - I know, I'll get the best, most award winning, quickest mobile broadband device out there.

Now I have to continue my research without home internet access.



Thanks vodafone, you ought to sort this one out pronto.

It's a shame to hear that you're suffering this too - I myself am a Snow Leopard user, so understand the frustration this has caused. :(

We've escalated this to the top and are awaiting info on the upcoming compatible release. Please register for updates on this thread to get the latest news about it, as we know it.

Dear fellow Snow Leopard users,
I think I've found a solution to our problem with the K3760 dongle:

Download http://www.business.vodafone.com/site/bus/...atest/p_mac.jsp

Then http://www.option.com/en/support/software-download/ complete this, as previously suggested.

I believe vodafone have not been giving out the first link as it's for business accounts outside UK, and should therefore (in theory, as I was told) not work for accounts within the UK.

It works just fine.


Am finally enjoying roaming online, after some independent initiative.
