Re-sync sure signal please after SIM change

Hi, just had my SIM changed and now my Sureg Signal isn't linking to my phone - I've done a reset and also reset broadband.  Please can you do a resync? It's one of the new sure signals (plug in one). Serial no.40130441468  I have no signal at all without it.  It has been playing up like mad this week anyway, with orange flashing lights but at the moment the lights are steady white ones but it's not connecting.

Have you tried changing the postcode and then changing it back again? Worked a treat for me.

Hi all,

 

I have just got a new upgrade phone - HTC One and as it uses a micro sim I have to transfer my number. I assume that this has been done as my old HTC Desire HD now has no signal. The new phone just about gets a bar or two of signal hense the Sure Signal. Now the new phone is not getting a full signal from the Sure signal box, my wifes phone is OK - full signal. How do I go about getting the Sure Signal to work with my new phone?

One more thing, I can ring out on my new phone (when I get a signal), but when I try and ring it from another phone, it will not ring and I go through to the voice mail.

Thanks for that, I searched the forum and changed the Sure Signal postcode to a new one then back. That did the trick, don't how this helped but it did. Many thanks.. B-)
