Reactivating sure signal

I was recently given a sure signal box by a friend of mine. Now trying to deregister it but it states it is deactivated, it gives me the option to reactivate however an error keeps occurring. Is this something you could help with please?

Hi JRDRAKE,

If the Sure Signal hasn't been in use for more than 12 months, it will have been permanently deactivated and cannot be reactivated by anyone I'm afraid!

 

If it is less than 12 months then a member of the Tech Team should be able to help you.

They were out of stock until a month ago, but you should be able to buy one now.
