Refurbished iPhone 5 - Question

Hello,

I've recently been able to get my phone completely refurbished from Apple due to battery faults and lock button faults that were re-called.

Does anyone know if there would be an option for my line rental or monthly cost to be reduced due to this? The phone is almost 2 years old! Having been bought in November 2012.

Hello Sarah

The only time you are able to pay less for a monthly contract is when you are in your upgrade period in return for a further commitment.

If you have had the phone and contract since November 2012, you should be entitled to an upgrade with a new phone aand could have timed it well for the new iphone 6.
